CuPiD Network meets for inaugural conference – CuPiD: A European Network in Computational Protein Design

Members of the CuPiD Network gathered for their inaugural conference in Alpbach, Austria in September 2022. The core objective of the meeting was for the CuPiD members, and in particular the early career researchers (ECRs), to network.

Members of the CuPiD network hold one-to-one discussions during the conference in Alpbach. They are sat at tables covered in white tablecloths, and the room's walls and ceiling are all wood.

The conference was attended by 40 delegates from 12 institutions and six countries. Following a pitching session during the meeting, nine researcher exchanges have been funded for ECRs to visit CuPiD groups to learn or share novel techniques and capabilities.
